Private Bookings

Special trains for the exclusive use of your group may be hired on a Saturday and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.
If there are no other bookings.
 Site Area
The railway operates on your chosen site, the railway needs an operational area of thirty metres square of flat land.
If there are Council Permits needed for setup on your chosen site, you will have to apply for the appropriate permits, prior to the train’s operation.
Insurance  
The railway is covered by 20 million dollars of public liability insurance and is operated by fully qualified licenced volunteers, who all have working with children’s checks. 
Considering the weather
Our trains will not run-in wet weather, a cancellation policy applies. If we are notified at least 24 hours before the booked time.
Also, instead of a refund the booking can be rescheduled to another day subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations for reasons other than the weather will be considered by our committee.

Pricing is subject to change.

Function nookings are for a minimum of 2 hours, due to the two-hour set up and 2-hour dismantling times.

Our train carries 12 people per trip depending on the child to adult ratio, and each trip lasts about 8 minutes.

We do require that at least one adult travel in every carriage.
