Membership

Membership is open to any interested person who is over the age of 15 years. 
Membership requires you to actively attend the railway and assist in an area that interests you. Volunteering is not onerous, full membership requires attending and assisting the railway one day per month. 
Members get together at the railway on operational sundays for portable train operations.
Wednesdays are usually the day when members get involved in maintenance and administration attend to share each other’s comradeship and to repair and maintain the portable track, equipment so that the railway is kept in good condition. 
Members may also attend monthly management meetings, to undertake specific prearranged work

The membership application process: 

To be eligible for membership:
- You must be of good character.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check. (No Card No Membership) 

Your Membership will be submitted for approval, when the club secretary has received from you, a copy of your completed membership for with the attached proof of your current Working with Children Check. (A photocopy of your WWCC Card needs to be attached with your membership application form)
